Plants we'd like to grow in the garden:
Pat would like to see: Loganberry, Kiwi, Fig, Broccolli.
As the garden will be very hot in the summer (the heat will be stored by all the concrete and walls) we're thinking particularly of drought resistant plants, like those from the mediterranean. So rather than Apple trees, we could try a couple of Almond trees. These would be planted in very large pots, or perhaps the large sacks that builders' merchants use.
